Lexapro and respirdal

My 12 year old has been on respirdal 0.5mg and lexapro 10mg for 6months, and know respirdal increased to 1 mg all taken once at night. The problem that doesn't go away is sleeping problems. So is that possible to can take lexapro in the morning and respirdal evening. Because someone told me that lexapro might be the cause if taken at night. He is attending school. Can you please advice

Hi Dum, my son had a lot of sleeping problems and the doctor uped the dose of risperdal to 2mgs by night just for 1 month and then took it back to 1 mg and he sleeps fine now. The lexapro can be taken in the morning. My son takes fluoxetin in the morning. Hope this helps

Thanks Bobsy, the advise worked, he is now sleeping very well without any problems
