hello new here. Both my daughters were diagnosed with ADHD, my husband also and I’m in the middle of getting an adult diagnosis of ADHD. It has been a rough year. Looking for some support and parenting advice.

You are in the right place! I’ve found this group to be very helpful and supportive. Spend some time poking around and reading older posts. And ask specific questions - someone will have an answer or at least can point you in the right direction
