Hello everyone! Just wondering is anyone has tried the mightier program for their child with adhd and anxiety? I tried to look up personal reviews but only found articles and the reviews on the website. I guess I'm just looking to see if anyone on here uses it and if it has or has not brought success to their child's quality of life. Thanks so much!

hi there. My son uses it. We are in early days yet, but he enjoys playing and it has created some good opportunities for discussion. Hard to tell if it’s helping, but I think we will need more time with it. My neuro typical child also likes it.
Following. I have been curious about Mightier too. This wasn’t asked about but we just started magnesium citrate supplements. Those really do help with emotional regulation. It appears that it doesn’t work for all, and of course you would want to run it by your child’s doctor first, but I thought I would mention it.
