Hello everyone,

I am 32years old, recently diagnosed with ADHD. I am here to connect with people who have similar challenges as mine. I never knew what I was going through years and years was a part of my ADHD. Its a big relief for me after getting the diagnosis. I can now find help for myself. It has never been easy.. especially with my mental heath. But things are slowly getting better I guess. I would love to join any support group or any virtual sessions to learn more about the management.

Appreciate any inputs!

Thank you very much!
