Using concerts along with natural treatments

I am wondering about adding a natural treatment to treatment. We are presently using concerta 27mg. It has helped with school somewhat but not too much with mood and self regulation at home. Has anyone tried any products like SNAP. Can this be used with concerta?

I hadn't heard of SNAP before, but there are a few people on this board who have found success with Micronutrients (Hardy Nutritionals is one of the companies that sells them.) You might compare these to SNAP and see which looks like a better option for you.

We are using Concerta 27mg, Celexa 20mg (for anxiety), and Clonidine 0.1mg (for sleep), along with the Hardy Nutritionals DEN vitamins and fish oil. It seems to be the winning combination for us. In terms of mood regulation, we noticed the biggest difference when we added in the SSRI for anxiety.

Good luck!
