I would try using a calendar to plan a due; my understanding is that some kid can get tasks done when due dates approach. Also give him lots of praise and rewards when he works on them nightly. Ask for extensions before the due date. Check out wrightslaw.com there are some good materials re advocacy and ADHD in general
