Have you assessed your son's primitive reflexes? I work as an OT with many children with ADHD and find that they typically have some partially unintegrated primitive reflexes. Here is a training course to help integrate primitive reflexes and incorporate certain cross over exercises for ADHD: solvelearningdisabilities.c... It also might be helpful to find an OT to help give you some strategies to promote attention and regulation. Hope this helps!
