Hi there, I made a video in which I discuss some of the common factors that come into play once someone with ADHD starts taking stimulant medication. Common side effects are discussed, along with some helpful remedies in order to help get relief from those side effects. Fighting off oxidation from the medication, along with how to keep your heart rate/blood pressure safe are also discussed. Biology/Physiology are delved into, along with some new behaviors/regimens that can be of great help to many of us with ADHD. I have studied ADHD for the last 5 years and work with the ADHD community. If you click my profile pic, it will take you to my profile, in which in my bio section, you'll see a link to my ADHD YouTube channel (the website will not let me link it in the post). Video on the youtube channel is titled "Things to Know After Starting to Take ADHD-Stimulant Medication & How to Help the Body/Brain". I hope this brings some insight and some help.
