Adult Experience

I too kept getting the FB ads so I bought a three month supply for myself as I want to try it before I give it to my child. I’m only 5 days in taking a moderate dosage, 6 pills 3 days day.... when I remember. That’s my first complaint- it’s too pills to remember to take. And I feel like my anxiety is worse. I have a heaviness on my chest and I’m super obsessing over everything. Even more so it feels like. Now (sorry TMI but full disclosure is helpful I believe), I’m on my cycle so maybe that’s a contributor right now. I’ll share more in a month. But my ADD self already wants to give up. Oh boy!
