Metabolic issues will vary from person to person, but the theme I have researched and seen positive benefits first hand are: magnesium, fish oil, bioactive B vitamins (methyl folate, B6, B12), vitamin D3, and antioxidants. Years ago, my son's lab work showed he was low in iron, zinc, vitamin D and Carnitine. We have corrected the zinc and D levels.
