watch recommendations?

Good Afternoon! I have elementary school age daughters with ADHD. I am interested in setting them up with a watch in which I can customize reminders and alarms among other things (perhaps app based that I can use from my phone instead of having to purchase them one!). I have investigated a bit but would love to hear what this community has to say. Thank you for your time!

Maybe a Fitbit synced to you phone? It would have limited things- so she wouldn’t get your emails and such. But she could check the time and you could set daily reminders (vibration). Something like the Alta wouldn’t say what the vibration is for, but she may know. For example, a 8pm vibration means brush your teeth, etc.
