I do use Nordic naturals for my son but it looks like this only has 900 mg of omega 3s. According to the psychiatrist kids with ADHD should get between 1,000 and 2,000 mg. Dr. recommended 2,000 for my son. I have never been able to find a capsule small enough to get 2,000 mg. Right now he uses ultimate omega 2x mini soft gels. Small enough for him to take and 1,120 mg for two soft gels. If anyone ever finds something small with 2,000 mg please let me know!

I get nervous about using supplements. I wish they were more regulated. This one had magnesium and zinc and two other ingredients that i am not familiar with. I always consider if the dose is to high and could cause a side effect!

I hear you. Look at the one I’m using and see what you think. My son hasn’t had any problems taking it and it doesn’t taste fishy at all.
