high ranked ADHD institution/doctor information needed

One of my friend asking me if I can help him to get some ADHD information for his son. His son is 14 years old with ADHD symptoms.

He is looking for best practical consultation/doctors in Portland, Oregon (or Washington state area or California area). I was searching online information and could not find any ranking for ADHD institutions. Could you please share any information you have for ADHD doctors/high ranked consultation institution if you have? Or point out where I can look for such information?

Check with CHADD or the local chapter of CHADD or NAMI.

Thanks! I looked local chapter of CHADD already. There is no recommendations regarding to it.

I'm not in that part of the country but check with you local children's hospital. We work with our local children's hospital and their Office of Neuro-development.
