Anyone heard of Dyanavel XR 2.5 mg??

Since we can’t get any quillivant XR, the neurologist prescribed my son this. It is double the price of Quillivant with my insurance. Cost me $50!! And he only takes 3ml instead of 6ml. The bottle is so tiny. Does anyone know about this medicine? I’m upset that it costs so much!

I have not heard of it before but my son was previously on the Quillivant. Their site says you can get their discount card which has been extended into 2018 and you shouldn’t pay more than $20. Good luck and I hope your child responds well to the medication. Generic Focalin XR has worked best for my son along with Guanfacine ER.

I have high deductible insurance plan so I am paying $200 a month for my son's concertta 27mg. My pharmacist said the generic is not covered. After I reach deductible it is about $75. Hope that makes you feel a little better. I'm afraid to change because he has been on for 5 years and it works. Good luck.

Quilivant is a methylphenidate (Ritalin) product. Dyanavel is an amphetamine (Adderall) product. Most children do OK with either one for ADHD. I assume you want a liquid preparation which is likely the reason you are using Dyanavel (which should have a discount coupon on its webpage). If you are willing to use sprinkle products, there are several in the methylphenidate family. Talk to the doctor if cost is an issue. The difference between products is more the delivery system than the ingredient.

Never heard of Dynavil? Need to talk to YOUR Pediatrician about a generic brand like Focalin. More cheaper. Don't need a Neurologist. He is just trying to make money?

My daughter's doctor just switched her today from Focalin to Dyanevel. Text Enroll to 35700 and they will send you a savings card you can use when you get the RX. It should only cost you $20 through the rest of the year. How is it working so far? Any side affects??

He seems to be doing great on the Dyanevel. I will look up the savings card. Thanks!

My son did good for about a month and now it is not working. Going back to the doctor next week to get on something else. I hope it works better for you.
