Overactive 2 year old

I have a little boy 2 1/2 years old,he rarely sleeps through the night and seems to be on the go through out most of the day,he does things like spills drinks,and other things on the floor and seems defient at times,I am looking for resources where he can be evaluated ,tia.

Toddlers definitely always seem to be on the go, and defiance is definitely part of having a two year old! I found keeping them busy helps and establishing clear limits and time outs helps! Also redirection at this age can be a lifesaver! It does sound a lot like typical 2 to 3 year old behavior!
