US vs UK

My daughter was diagnosed when we were living in the USA but didn't go on medication until she failed her first year of university. She went to visit her father in the USA and went on Adderall, which suited her fine. However, there came a time when it was not practical to go back to the USA and she transitioned to a local NHS psychiatrist.

He started her on Concerts which did not suit her at all. She was angry, rude and not happy. She read the side effects leaflet and said, 'I've got most of those, including depression and suicidal thoughts.'

She then went on Ritalin, which she self manages. She takes it when starting a new job and when she needs to clean her room.

She is now managed by the GP. The last appointment went something like, 'So, you live independently in a flat in the centre of Liverpool, you have a good job and you drive a red convertible which is almost paid for? '

'I think you're doing ok and managing this very well '

My youngest daughter been diagnosed with ADD and is on a small dose of Adderall to help with the symptoms and it works. However, I feel like she needs to supplement the medication with some form of omega-3. So, I was doing research and found an excellent article about ADD and Krill Oil on Niveau Labs website, so I gave it a try, and it helps her to be a more calm, focus, and perform well in school.
