Hello, i had my second laproscopy for endometriosis last week. I have adenomyosis too. Now after surgery my endo specialist has suggested IUD. My gynaecologist told me i can wait for 2 months to start on a pill/iud . meanwhile i am thinking of some natural therapies which can help me keep it under control. Anyone with same kind of experience? Do anyone on a long run without any medication?

Hi 👋 did you end up trying any natural therapies? Thanks, Ella

Hi, I have tried Ayurvedic treatment but didn't continue with the medicine as i don't want to consume a lot of ayurvedic syrups and tabletts which was meant to take for a year ( long term use can make a negative effect on other organs like kidney and liver). But the treatment was really good physically, relieved my back pain and body ache related to adeno. I continued to take my Endo pill which was the best decision I made. Taking it daily till today. I don't want suffering from IUD. My pill (endovelle) has been helping me with almost no pain and very less bleeding ( exceptions are there) until then. Though last year my MRI showed endo and adeno again , I didnt opt for surgery. I have decided to manage with my pill and diet changes as far as I can. And one more main thing I found in my experience which helps to control bleeding is keep your thyroid at proper level with medication if you have a thyroid problem. Hope this helps you.
