App not working

The Active 10 as pp doesn't work on my new Xperia 5. Very disappointed! I could transfer the history from my old phone, but the walking man doesn't walk.

...app...not "as pp"!

Mine records the minutes on the day but then they disappear the following day. It’s becoming annoying.

Send them the following:

- Summary of issues

- Device and model used

- Any supporting information available i.e. screen shots:

- Confirmation that you are happy to be contacted by the developer if additional information is required
