Day 1 for 10min brisk walk challenge 👍

Wendy here, I did it! It was in the pool but I did it. After 5min thought of quitting then I made myself focus on counting to 10 and I kept repeating counting to 10 until another 5mins went by.

Happy I completed! Please show me your support, I don’t have a lot of friends and am alone most of the time so I would really appreciate seeing people taking a notice in my journey

The pool is a great idea to start. Not only do you get your heart rate up but it's easy on the joints and you get that resistance training too. Nice work!
