Hi there and welcome to our little forum. We always say the hardest part of getting healthier and fitter is the first step out the door. It can feel so daunting and actually takes a bit of courage. But all the admins on here have taken that first step and we can confirm it gets better from then onwards. The first step has so much power and resolve. It doesn’t matter how far or how long you walk for that first journey just bite the bullet and take the first step out your door. There is a guide that we have made up to help.

Keep coming back and we will support you,

Hi Ashleigh09, so glad you have found us! A lot of us here have health issues, but with resolve (which you do have, or you wouldn't have posted here!) you'll have the support of our community to help you reach your goals. There's no quick fix - wish there was! I joined the group 8 months ago and have increased my step count from 200 (I have mobility issues too) to 3000, losing 26 lbs along the way! Set goals that are realistic for YOU - even an increase of 20 steps is a positive outcome! Good luck on your journey to better health and fitness!
