Decided yesterday to go a different way plus needed to buy some cucumbers for thursday's lunch and went out at my lunchtime according to Bing maps from where I work to the Tesco Express should take about 40 minutes left the building at 5 minutes past 12 and set off at a reasonable pace got to the shop in around 15 minutes got what i needed and set off back got back in a total time of 30:34 and covered 3.24k now either I am faster because I am fitter or Bing maps put slow times as information but not overly fussed just got to keep going until the 28th when I will have to stop until I discharged from hospital.
