Not great πŸ™

Got up this morning and couldn't stand on foot at all. Back on crutches as arthritic foot has gone into overdrive. Well I suppose it's my own fault for doing too much. Ah well I'll give it a while then try for a little walk πŸ€—

39,000 steps was a bit too much I think.

You must pace yourself more carefully.

I am also guilty of doing too much and then suffering for a couple of days.

Good fact sheet "PACING AND SETTING GOALS" here:-

We all do it at times. Best thing is not to beat yourself up over it rest up let your body heal and start again when your ready.

Diet and supplements may help. Calcium taken with D3 and Magnesium, have helped me for my back. I also take a lot of Vitamin C. Glucosamine with chondroitins may also help. Whole food (organic as possible) diet I would suggest to start. You can look up supplements for arthritis to get other ideas if you like...this is the Arthritis Foundation website...

Hope that helps.
