M post-RP has been hovering around the range of 0.08 to 0.12 since November. I tested at 0.10 on 4/3/23. Tested again on 4/19/23 at 0.5. It was a huge jump within a short period, so I retested the following day and the number came back at 0.16. Still a record high, but much lower than the day before.
Lab error seems unlikely, but has a wild jump in PSA ever happened to any of you?

Dont know your pathology, whether you had double nerve sparing, but check this podcast out at Minute 4:00 regarding benign prostate glad cells...I had a PSA of 0.13 post RP but a whopping Decipher of 0.97 out of 1.00...so I had to move fast on my PCa...could not take any chances. I had unilateral nerve sparing and bladder neck encroachment...in both cases prostate gland cells can be left behind...from what I understand if that were the case the PSA should level off...but do you want to take that risk? Good luck...Rick
