Does Flaxseed with high lignan and turmeric work in fighting or preventing spread of prostate cancer and is there any research or articles worth reading on this subject?

I'm not sure about flaxseed, but every day I have a concoction of 1/2 tspn of turmuric, 1/2 tspn ginger, a squeezed lemon and about 6 oz of pomergranate juice. What the hell I'm superstitious, but I feel it hasn't hurt in 4 years.

I'm not familiar with Inositol but I'll look it up.

Maybe the good stuff isn't in the oil...

What I was referring to is the lignan and fiber and other possibly beneficial substances that are in the whole seed or powder, but not in the oil. Unsaturated oil also has the issue of degrading or oxidizing when stored. Ideal would be fresh-ground seeds. I'm not advocating for it, just pointing it out.

I stopped my PCa with a quite strict keto diet. I eat flaxseed bread instead of usual bread, because it contains nearly no carbs. It helps me to stick to the diet.
