WHAT WOULD YOU DO?! Plz help

Hello can you please help me I have been on heart medication for 4 years to stop ectopic heart beats ( flecinide) I have 48% ectopic beats a day ( almost 50,000 extra beats a day I know a lot yet I don’t feel it thank god!)

With medication 47% ectopic beats a day I whopping 1% drop

Ideally doctors want it below 20%

Would you continue the medicine with 1% drop only? 4 years day and night and only 1% drip is exhausting?
