My GP has given me everything apart from strong opioids most days I'm in my bed I have ostoproisis caused by steroids ointment what next

I'd not heard of steroid ointment causing osteoporosis. I knew oral steroids can. We're you using steroid ointment for a long time ?

I think you might be better on the forum specifically for osteoporosis and I believe that the osteoporosis society will be very supportive and helpful.

I'm on steroid tablets as well for adrenal depressed I was on strong steroid ointments for exzema I'm only 37
