Just want to know if theres anything out there that can help me get my life back, am 51 years old but feel like an old woman finding it hard to cope at times. Have had an epidural with no real results and just want to be able to live a normal life . My current meds seem to have stopped being effective so what next?.

Would you like to give any more information on where you experience pain and what you take for it ?

What meds are you on? I am a 53 yo woman with chronic back pain following surgery for scoliosis and now arthritis pain in hands, wrists and knees. I see a pain specialist who is my hero. He keeps me mostly pain free with a medication regimen and he encouraged a 50#weight loss that is great now. Let me know about the meds. Maybe I can make some suggestions.
