my tinnitus is getting a lot worse the last couple of days it’s so loud and I can’t concentrate on anything else. Also my deaf ear has suddenly got deafer almost like I have suddenly filled my ear with water or been on a plane which I have done neither.

I suggest you go see ENT Dept. Ring and explain or go to the A&E.
