Good luck. Sounds like you are in a great place for sound medical help and advice. Mine has grown but the NHS says it has grown a little (no measurement) so I am waiting to see my ENT....then will wait again.
Hi, I'm waiting for my first MRI to diagnose for AN but at the moment I am off work as I lost my balance and threw up last week, probably as a result of it. I can't possibly go back into work with the possibility of falling over in class (I teach) and I just wondered what everyone else does work-wise with this condition ?
HelloSorry you are unwell. I work in finance for a school. I'm having an mri on 7th June. I lost my hearing in my right ear in Jan 23 after having an ear infection and vertigo. I then had another ear infection a month later. I have tinnitus, headache on one side and struggling to concentrate. It is so hard to do my job
Hi Lawri, previously I've lived with a constant headache and that is really hard at work, so I understand how difficult it is for you. I think I'm most worried about making the decision to step back into the classroom and just not being able to sit down (or more realistically lie down) if the dizziness affects me during class or in the playground. It just can't be done as the lesson would grind to a halt!! I guess the time will present itself for me to make the decision anyway.....
