Phew! Good to know I have not joined the AN club (no offence to you guys who are members) ... now to find out why else I go deaf in my right ear and have a severe dizzy spell ... (it happened again this morning, after 2 weeks of only tinnitus and mild dizziness). I am now seeing an ENT consultant in May - only a 15 minute appointment though, so I shall have to talk fast about all my `incidents` (including having to sit on the pavement so I didn`t fall over - how embarrassing!). If anyone has any ideas what my acute severe deafness and dizziness can be caused by, please let me know xx

So glad you’re not in the AN club but hopefully will get answers and support for your horrible vertigo. There will be groups offering support for that and you’ll still get ideas here in how to manage it, whatever the cause. Good luck and hope it all lifts soon and you can no longer be dizzylizzy! X
That is fantastic news that it isn't an AN! What a relief for you. I hope your appointment goes well in May and that they are able to shed some light on why you are having all your symptoms. Please come back and let us know how you get on with the diagnosis. All the best
