I’m sure it helps with a confirmed diagnosis
I do hope you are able to manage the tricky feelings and worry that comes with not really knowing what is happening in your own body. I am sure when you finally get a confirmed diagnosis and get advice and support on how to manage, you will start to feel better. Ménière's disease is a condition of the inner ear that causes sudden attacks of: feeling like the room is spinning around you (vertigo) a ringing noise inside the ear (tinnitus) pressure felt deep inside the ear. hearing loss. Some people with Ménière's disease find that certain events and situations, sometimes called triggers, can set off attacks. These triggers include stress, overwork, fatigue, emotional distress, additional illnesses, pressure changes, certain foods, and too much salt in the diet. There is help and advice out there, try to just take each day as it comes for now, and whenever you think of a question, write it down to take with you to your specialist apt. Good luck.
