MDT meeting today

Well the MDT met today. Hubby called consultants secretary to see if there is any news. Apparently we will get a letter regarding an appointment in June to speak to them about his options. His anxiety is even worse now, he thought he’d know today. I’ve told him, if they are leaving it until June it’s not urgent. If it was urgent he would be in to see them a lot sooner than June. Well that’s the way I see it.hopefully I’m right. It’s just trying to convince him that.

Hi that's a good way to look at it. When my MDT met I heard the next day as needed treatment so he will probably be on Watch and Wait. See if your hospital has a Clinical Nurse Specialist they will talk to you more like a human and know everything that is going on. Don't forget BANA they are very useful. Good luck x
