It took me so long to come off of these tablets even though I reduced by small amounts; but now I am wanting to go back on them but naturally, I reluctant. Is there anything similar that isn't so hard to come off?

Hi Chloe I think the longer you are on any meds it`s harder to come off and should be done over many weeks and months if you`ve been on them for years and gradually wean yourself off them.

I agree Kenny, that's why I'm loathe to go on them again. I'll have to find an alternative x
