I feel like there’s something wrong with me but I’m not completely sure what it is

Recently I’ve been feeling extremely weird. I have tried googling everything I feel but nothing ever matches to what I’m experiencing. I have been experiencing this strange sensation where I feel the sensation of something just before I touch it and I feel really floaty and out of it all the time and that I’m not completely sure if I’m actually alive or if I’m in a coma and my life is just a dream. I have no idea what’s happening but I’m really scared there might be something wrong with me, sometimes it goes away but it comes back in a few days. If anyone feels anything like this please tell me so I don’t feel alone.

Is this sensation more pronounced when you stand from sitting or turning your head
