Please learn from me ! I had a boyfriend who wouldn't let me contact my friend was not allowed. I explained to my friend it hurt both of us . My Partner was so controlling that he said that was not what I meant I do not trust you and was upset . My friend still chats to me how did he understand ?

My message is please never be controlled or forced into anything !! Or told what to do !

I have learnt from it and cannot thank my friend for being there .
