Posting this in a couple places to meet new people!

Hello!!

This is the first ever support group I have joined and I'm excited to meet new people that understand the struggles of mental health.

To introduce myself:

My name is Mer, and I'm 20 years old. I hit my low point in 8th grade when I first started to self harm. I am currently exploring medication as a way to help with depression and anxiety symptoms. Even though they help I know my mental health will always be a battle. I still fight urges for self harm, so if you do to or have advice please message me! 💓

I am happy I found this group and look forward to getting to know it better!
