Through what you are experiencing if you are comfortable get a second opinion on where you stand, that may be best.
It is understood on the difficult position you are in. Yet, try not to see it as an end but rather a beginning.
At times such as this when not feeling like your getting anywhere try something different which may benefit you more. Especially when you are the one who knows the most about yourself.
Doctors may see things a certain way and treat you by that certain way when there may be other options as to ways out there for you.
Maybe join a group of those who are experiencing the same or similar. Get a better insight from there views. As they will get the same from yours.
This is exhausting as to overwhelming. I understand you. Hang in there and remember changes can always be for the better. 😊

As Brainstorm said, don't be afraid to get a second opinion. It is really important to stay in good communication with the person prescribing your medication and to have them be a part of your support system. Also know, that with medications the effects are not usually instantaneous. It takes more then just that professional to help and support you. Maybe a support group would be helpful for you? (Your psychiatrist may have some recommendations for you?)
Things like trying to get enough rest, getting exercise, and continuing to attend therapy are things that may be helpful for you.
If you are in a crisis moment, don't forget the crisis text line 741741. Perhaps some of these resources would be helpful for you as well?list.ly/list/1CE4-looking-u...
