Honestly feels like ots one thing after another. I had some creep harrassing me from September and police finally spoke to him at Christmas. My relationship broke down in November. I moved house in January (still not fully unpacked) and my now ex has already met someone else amlung other things I feel like i'm struggling with everything and like everything has happened too close together for me to deal with..I feel like I can't breathe.

My, you really have been more than a little overwhelmed one way and another. I'm not at all surprised you feel burdened, it's more than enough for anyone to cope with.

I'm so sorry about the break up of your relationship, you really haven't had time to come to terms with that, yet alone everything else but hang on in there, you will get through this, one step at a time. The most painful part is knowing he has met another.

Can I just say, corny as this sounds, try and separate the things you need to do with the inner feelings of loss, because that's what you're dealing with, loss and it hurts like hell!

As you've seen, we have excellent, friendly members who are always willing to offer support, so do keep in touch.
