I feel that there is no way forward and everybody in my life has moved on and I'm stuck I have no life and just want my life back
Everything in my life has moved on an... - Above & Beyond - ...
Everything in my life has moved on and I'm here

I have been in that same situation. Found a family counselor that took Medicare and in the first meeting told him I was stuck and couldn't seem to move. Also wanted my old life back. Well, my suggestion is to go talk with a professional. They will help you get a life - one that you can live with. The rest will be up to you. Finances can also dictate what you can do, but if something looks interesting to you, go for it. After family and friends have moved on, it will help you to analyze what it is you want out of life. Think of things you could do or be - that you may never have done before. It's a process. I do believe that having your old life back is a phase we go through when that life seems better than the one we have now, and it may not have been better. Pray and ask for divine guidance as well. Live in the now and have a plan for the future both long term and short term. For me the key was being around people and I had to figure out how to do that without going back to work (which is difficult at my age as employers don't want to hire the elderly in my field). So. I wish you perseverance and purpose and this will lead to a life.
