Hi sorry that things are so hard for you. Talking is a good start. Ideally start with someone you feel comfortable with. This is a good place to start, it could be with friends, the Samaritans, MIND, (good website called elefriends) and your GP who can assess things and advise what to do next. Hope you get things sorted.

Hiya, talking is always a good starting point. whatever is in your mind is eating you up and getting you stressed up so sharing that issue can halve the stress and find ways to cope with it. Kimbo has kindly recommended ways you can do that.
