Drs usually recommend eating more salt and drinking 2-3 litres of water a day. I added salt to two of my meals and ate olives and it got mine up. I don’t need to do that everyday now, just occasionally. If you don’t have symptoms, you don’t need to worry about it but if you’re dizzy and getting palpitations it seems to help!
