Prolapse with no children

Hi everyone, may be a long shot but is there anyone in a similar situation to me who may be able to give me any advice? I am only 19 and have never had children but I am suffering with a rectal prolapse and I also think I have a uterine/possibly other types of prolapse but this hasn’t been confirmed yet. I am incredibly worried about any of these issues getting worse and causing permanent damage but I feel as though my doctor is being dismissive because I’m so young (and also there are no referrals anywhere at the moment anyway due to coronavirus). I went to her about the rectal prolapse where she examined me and confirmed by bowel was lower than It should have been but didn’t do any sort of pelvic examination so I don’t truly know the extent of the problem or if it is just affecting my bowel. At the moment I have been using stool softeners and been doing pelvic floor exercises for 3 months but have seen little improvement and if anything my symptoms are worse than when I saw her in March. It is also possible that I have ehler’s danlos as I am hypermobile and I have many other issues such as chronic fatigue syndrome and IBS which can be linked as well.

Is there anyone else who has had treatment for rectal or pelvic floor prolapse at a young age that can give me tips on how I might improve my symptoms or on how to speak to my doctor about this?

Thank you very much :)
