Hi

I had a duodenal switch in 2008 at 30 stone . I lost about two stone but my weight then stagnated and fluctuated between 26-28 stone upto Dec 2018 when l was diagnised with Cushings Syndrome ( my doctor thought l may have had it for over 20 years) . I had the tumor and adrenal gland removed in Feb 2019. It took my a while to recover and l was on steroids for a while. I started to feel better in Feb 2020 and at the end of May l felt well enough to tackle my weight. I have lost lost 86lbs ( despite a Christmas slip where l gained 10lbs)

I am back on the healthy eating horse and determined.
