How i can control on my weight. i have a problem of tummy..?????

There is no way of targeting a single area of the body for weight loss. you simply have to undergo the usual fiteness and diet regimes. If you have weight on your tummy, doing sit-ups will make it stronger, but stronger under the flab. so, the solution is to exercise every day, and to change your diet. You need to eat a healthy diet that is not too high in calories. lots of fruit and veg, and not too much rice... And exercise. Why not ask for advice form the forum for a new routine?

thanks for suggestion . i would like to know this, Actually my face is very heavy i mean lots of fat over there so do we have any exercise to reduce the weight? To maintain the weight do i need to join Gym ? apart from this Can u please suggest me any exercise in home & the diet chart , i mean what should i have or not ?

Ganesh is absolutely perfect as what he said. Burning of calories occur from the whole body so u cannot only target a part of your body. As you asked Ganesh that will you join gym or not. You can join but you need to focus on aerobic exercises (cardio) rather than anaerobic exercises. Try to use bikes and treadmill more than other exercises. Have a clean diet. No alcohol no carbonated water no red meat, chocolates etc. Avoid sugar, donot use artificial sweeteners in tea or coffee, you may use natural sweeteners like stevia. You may get this in your nearby supermarket or get it online.
