How i lost 3 kgs in 20 days...

Started with a new lifestyle where i eat a fruit empty stomach with a glass of water every day and half stomach food every 2 - 2.5 hours. In this diet i eat one meal which is carbo+protien+veg rich and another one either a carbo+veg or a protien+veg meal. All the others any one of the above. Anddddd..... exercise for sure.... 1 to 1.5 hours 3 days a week. i do walking, treadmill, or dance....

Dont laugh.... its giving results....with a choice of dishes
