you need to run.....the best way to reduce fat.......start with running, continue it for atleast 2 months, then add abdomen exercises along with running

To reduce your body fat you should keep check on your calorie intake.To make good muscles you need exercise and good intake of protein,carbs etc but to reduce the body fat you first have to make sure that you are eating right,only then you would be able to reduce belly fat or any body part fat.Try to reduce the intake of salt and divide your meals into six smaller meals, that would help to fasten your metabolic rate which in turn would help you to reduce belly fat effectively and before exercising you can try raw coffee or cinnamon powder,these two things help in improving metabolic rate.I am sure this would help but if its not going very fast then don't get dishearten because its not that you are not putting in you best efforts but may be its your genes.Thank you

You can't just lose weight on your tummy. you simply don't see overweight peopel with thin tummies... so you have to lose weight all over. Run, or walk, and build it up slowly. Start every other day a little nbit. Then extend the time, then do it every other day, then 2 out of 3 days... and most importanly DONT give up. better to do a little every other day for 2 months, than alot every day for 2 weeks...

hey..lime juice in lukewarm water early in the morning.then do suryanamaskar for 10 mim or run stairs...i bet fat lose frm tummy .all the bst!!!

You cannot remove just the belly fat you will loose fat from all parts of your body simultaneously . Try to improve your diet only then u will succeed .
