As baby steps towards weightloss and increamse lean weight I started taking 1 scoop of Amway protein and 1.5 hours walk daily. First 2 weeks I gained 3 kgs of muscle weight,lost 4kgs of fat and water contect increased by 2 kgs. (Analysis was done on BCA machine of VLCC)
In later 2 weeks I lost 2 kgs of muscle weight and gained 1.5 kgs of fat
In consequent week in 1 week I lost further 3 kgs of muscle weight and gained 2.3 kgs of fat. This week I had increased protein intake from one scoop to two.
Can any one tell me
How reliable these body fat analyzers are?
Could there be some reason why these protein in not getting converted into muscle and adding to fat.
