PL CHECK BODY MASS INDEX TO KNOW IF U R OVERWEIGHT,OBESE OR SEVERELY OBESE. GET A MASTER HEALTH CHECK DONE TO RULE OUT ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS. START ANY ONE FORM OF EXERCISE LIKE CYCLING/SKIPPING/JOGGING/WALKING OR SWIMMING. SPEND 30 MINS DAILY FOR ATLEAST 5 TIMES A WEEK. AVOID HIGH CALORIE FOODS LIKE GHEE SWEETS, CHOCOLATES,ICECREAMS AND DEEP FRIED STUFF. MAKE THEM A HABIT, U WILL NOTICE THE CHANGE.
