Hi all
I am somewhat not new to weight training, but I am new to this site. It's a bit confusing to find where to go, bear with me please!
While I say I am not new to weight training, I feel like I am with how infrequent I actually work out due to either lack of motivation, achy joints or simply tired from a long work day. I either work out 4x a week, or once a week depends on my mood. It shouldn't be an excuse when I have all the equipment I need at home and no excuses otherwise.
But I do love to keep it all fresh in my head by reading everyone's questions, advice and motivational posts- the main reason why I am here! There's always something new to learn and support to give and receive.
