I haven't been lifting lately. Life is fairly intense, my workout partner was injured, and I've had one cold after another. I've stuck to my diet for the most part, but just haven't been pushing any iron. Someone motivate me!
What do you do to stay motivated or on track?

Just choose wisely when you decide how to spend your time. Remember exercise and weight lifting will actually make you more energised and focused in other areas of your life.
It's an investment! I now do exclusively bodyweight workouts. Pull-ups, press-ups and more. I've found it much easier to stick to as there is much less wasted time involved. I'm done in 15 minutes flat.
3*15 pullups. Once you can do that start working through progressions making them harder and building towards muscle ups or one arm pullups.
3*10 dips
OR
3*10 push ups (work towards one arm pushups)
3*10 Hanging Leg raises
can add in something else at the end depending on how you're feeling. All in should take 15 mins.
The key here is to work through progressions. Just because you're using your bodyweight doesn't mean you can't progressively overload in exactly the same way as with weights.
